Anyone here familiar with L.A.?

No.

I've driven through parts of LA, and know that they have tar pits there.

Other than that:

I'm more familiar with Huntington Beach, Santa Monica, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Torrence, Irvine, Long Beach, and Orange. Any of that help?

I know San Diego County and some of Anaheim. The only thing I know about LA is that the traffic is brutal.

All I know about LA is that traffic there is still better than Brussels
