Late to the party AMA! As usual..

Actually, since I've gotten to know a lot of people here pretty well, but I post waaaay too little for you guys to know me, I think this AMA may actually make the most sense

Go nuts.

I guess a bit shy and geeky. Though we didn't have all the cliché groups (jocks, nerds, etc.) in our school, I did spend a lot of time around other geeky and alternative kids. I was (and still am) pretty low profile to outsiders, but those close to me have seen my crazy side  (the first time they see it, they're usually like :Leyla:)

I played keyboard as a kid, but now I just remember a couple of accords. The only instruments I play now are the berimbau, atabaque and pandeiro (which are played at capoeira).

I like cars in general, but I LOVE what Top Gear UK does with them (at least for about 6-7 seasons or so). So mostly cool fast cars, or really whacky ones :)

Do you collect anything?
I used to be a bit klepto, I collected everything I had at least some of (or access to), including stamps, cards, beer coasters, Pringles cans, those Chinese bamboo calenders you get at restaurants, etc.

Due to lack of space however, I eventually stopped. Nowadays, I don't really collect anything. I keep special edition coins for fun whenever I come across them, but that's about it.

Can we be Top Gear UK friends?? Cause I love that show.
We sure can! Have they done anything good lately? I had a break around season 12-13 because it was getting a bit stale..

Meh, nothing spectacular. I still love it and find it fun.

However, my favorite episode that they've done is in season 15. They revisit the Hilux and then Jeremy drives a Relient Robin, which is the funniest sketch/bit they've done in my opinion. If you have a chance at least watch that one episode, I would highly recommend it. (The Robin part is the last 15 minutes if you want to skip the rest.)

I kind of totally love cars, so Top Gear is my go to 'lazy' show, when I want some background noise at the house, but don't necessarily want to watch something.

I wish I could tinker with and race cars all day long...
I know next to nothing about how cars work, I could never tinker with them. But I love studying the look of a car, the company that made it. Before I decided I wanted to do art for video games, I wanted to open up a paint shop for cars. It's my odd obsession; I love cars.

If I'd ever win a million bucks in a lottery, I would definitely get a cool car. No absurd hypercars like Ferrari of Lamborghini, but something that you can both drive normally and go nuts with on a track, like an Audi R8, Aston Martin DBS or even a Nissan Skyline

Haring or Paling?
Haring is awesome, I love it!

People always say I'm boring but I love Porches. I've had the pleasure of driving a 911 Carrera S on a race track (compared against my supercharged Honda Prelude, my brothers race built first gen RX-7 and my dad's supercharged Nissan 350Z) and it is just performance squared. Loads of power, butter smooth gearbox, pedals perfectly set up for heel-toe downshifts, amazing brakes, excellent agility and phenomenal handling. I miss our track.

The nicest thing was you could take that car to a track day... abuse it all day long and the only thing you had to worry about was tire wear. The other cars I've pushed have all had numerous issues. It's hard to beat the "out of the box" performance of a Porsche.
