LogMeIn is discontinuing its free version as of January 28th. The bottom level of Pro will only support 2 remote computers.
I plan to look into TeamViewer to see if it provides a better option for my remote relative IT support.

Team viewer works well, and doesn't appear to have any limits for personal free use. They just bug you after each session to "play fair"

I just switched my remote connections from Logmein to TeamViewer today - had been using Logmein since 2010. So far so good - TeamViewer actually loads up faster than Logmein did.
Somewhat easier to control and can start up on Windows just like Logmein.
Plus it gives you remote print and file transfer - which was not available on Logmein Free.
My switch included installing TeamViewer while connected to my PCs via Logmein, then I uninstalled Logmein while connected with TeamViewer.

It's great when a company gives you the tools needed to switch to a different company...
I'm not complaining - 2 of the PCs I switched over are my HTPCs that i typically don't control with a keyboard (I either remote in or use a mouse only with the on-screen keyboard) - it's much easier to do with my laptop's keyboard than the on-screen to type that info in.
Been using it a bit more and it definitely scales better than logmein - my laptop is only a 15" widescreen and one of the HTPCs is hooked up to a 55" widescreen TV.
