In the same vein as my Lookin' for a Book thread, I have 3 PC Adventure games I remember my dad playing when I was a kid that I can't remember the names of.
All I have are vague memories of each one, so I pose the question for you all to help me figure out what they are. (My dad doesn't remember these instances.)
1) There's one game where at one point you're in a dungeon area and I think you're partnered up with a goblin or some type of creature (or maybe he's just in your party, I don't know.) At some point you find a green brownie on the ground (and I think there are more in the game) and the goblin/whatever goes back and forth with a party member/you and says "Maybe they should call them greenies!" I remember this being voice-acted, but I feel like voice-acting wouldn't have been common back then, so I'm probably wrong.
2) Another game, I only remember a very small part of. You're in a swamp and you have a walking stick, which I believe you "hold" on the screen (like, you move it around with your cursor) and you click on the swamp ground "squares" in front of you to test how solid it is. If it squishes, you can walk on, and if it does something else, you'd fall in, so you have to navigate your way like that. All I remember.
3) At the very beginning of this game, you have 6 slots to create the characters for your party. The first 5 are created at the beginning-- I remember having lots of options for your party, like having bestial qualities. In particular, you could make a bird-headed creature, a cheetah-headed creature, and I think a lizard-headed creature, in addition to others. The 6th slot is reserved for people that join and leave your party throughout the game. I think one of the people that joined you at some point was a minotaur.
Any ideas?
