Well, I need a program to capture the Monitor as a video... I want to capture the moment that my sim goes to college, for some reason, the game doesn't allow you to do that with the game's regular video capturer. Any sugestions?

I think FRAPS is the most common tool for capturing video from PC games. It does take quite a bit of processing power and HDD space to be able to do that, though.

Another way would be to use a computer-to-TV dongle and just record the stream to VHS/DVR/etc.
