Until a day or two ago, when I clicked on a thread with a new post, it would skip to the newest unread post automatically. It no longer does so very consistently, it seems. I frequently need to click the most recent unread button to jump after it loads to the first post of the thread.

Ive noticed the same thing. It happens with threads that I haven't checked into in a long time.

I think I have to finally bite the bullet and upgrade the site to 1.1.4. I will probably wait until this weekend.
I had fun when I did my upgrade. I upgraded xenforo and all my addons then it stopped rebuilding the cache and I had to rebuild the core then boom all was right with the world. Probably took me about an hour or two all in all, but that's because I had a lot of addons to upgrade as well
