Frankly i don't see it... i even looked to see if the pic isn't photoshopped already...

Seriously, that's so hardcore that photoshopping it will actually somehow reset the epic counter and make it less cool.

It's a pacifier. I can tell because of the shadows and having seen a lot of pacifiers in my time.
