My D3D Overridder won't start.

I double click it, I see an hourglass, but I get no menu to set up my options. It doesn't minimize to my system tray, but it's running in my task manager and that's the only way to shut it down.

I've uninstalled it (with Rivatuner) then reinstalled Rivatuner and still nothing. I double click and no menu pops up to use. I spent alot of time online trying to find an answer but to no avail.

Any ideas?
