Basically I need to transfer some cash to my PayPal account. But right now I'm overdrawn at the bank. So I went out & got a WalMart temporary Visa and went to put the money onto the account but can't! It will only allow me to add money through my bank. Figures.
What I need to do is really trust someone. I want to Paypal you $33, which will come through as about $31.74 after fees. I want you to then turn around & PayPal me the same amount, which will be about $30.52 after fees. What I'm doing will cost me about $30 so that's all I need to do.
