I just wanted to take a minute to wish everyone a late Merry Christmas....I hope that everyone on here had a blast.
Happy New Year and All the best to everyone in 2011.....I know personally I'm ready to kick 2010 out the door and enjoy what's to come this upcoming year.

2010 was easily the hardest year I've ever experienced. The sheer difficulty of things I had to deal with was at times overwhelming. However, the way it's ending, and the way 2011 is beginning is also the happiest and most hopeful I've ever been for the future.
I will be right here, wishing you all a Happy New Year and keeping you all up to date.

I felt the same way about 2009. Things get better man, just hang in there.

It's much easier now, I dealt with my own inner demons, and some outer ones as well. Got myself into a receptible mood to face life with a happy face and a positive attitude. Wouldn't you know it, that's when I met someone? -laugh- So yeah, things are looking really really up, and I didn't just lean on someone new to give me that hope, I earned it on my own first.

Personally I'll be glad to see the back of this year ... I'd say 2011 can't be much worse, but that's almost never a good thing to say.

I'm ringing in the new year with a chili that will knock any negativity on its ass. Only good things in 2011!

My last two years were nearly identical in nature. My job went well all year, good stuff happened...and then in November my wife gets unemployed and November/December and the first part of the next year sucks. Two fricking years in a row!
If she loses her job next year at Thanksgiving it better be because the place burned down.
As far as my own 2010 goes, it was pretty good. Here's to a better 2011.

Same thing different year. My year will end and begin like my last one, and if things go my way 2011 will end with me in some far away land again doing what I love. Happy New Year from the Future.

Ehh, the year was an improvement to the last. I loved and lost, I graduated, I had a teaching job for three months, I made some new friends, played some great games. The only thing I regret is having to meet my parents today. I ended up being the unwilling target of "helpful pieces of advice" for three hours straight -.- Kinda killed the party mood for me.
Oh well, I have strawberries and I can watch the fireworks from my window

2010 was pretty damn solid for me. I hope it continues in 2011.

I am looking forward to my ATF party tonight. (Alcohol - Tobacco - Fireworks.)

2010 was pretty ridiculous for me, a lot more happened than normal.
Right now I have up to 4 parties that I might be going to tonight but nothing is confirmed yet so I may end up at none of them.

The first half of this year was awful, but the second half has been the greatest half year of my life.
Here's to the end of a very confusing year!

It's been a good year, not much to complain about, looking forward to 2011 and the fun that will ensue as my daughter becomes a senior in high school. (Plus, we get to plan another Disney trip, but this one is just for us "adults," no children, since she's going to Hawaii)

I'm not sure what to make of this year yet. It started out pretty rough, went to pretty great, and back to pretty rough all within the first 6 months. Then it went to WTF just happened to the last 6 months.
Here's to the new year and hopefully burning off that fog.

2010 began at a really low point for me (recovering from a nasty cold and dealing with a crazy ex). But then I got accepted into Texas A&M, enjoyed my remaining time in Hawaii, and smoothly transitioned to life in Texas. Now I've got a great semester ahead of me and potentially a relationship with a very wonderful girl.
Still, I wouldn't mind falling into one of these...

This year went by so quick! Had a lot of fun, can't wait to see what 2011 has in store for me!

Second half of 2010 was so much better than the first. Here's to keeping that going.
Happy New Year and All the best to everyone in 2013.....I know personally I'm ready to kick 2010 out the door and enjoy what's to come this upcoming year.
No arguments here, I'll raise a scotch to 2013, may it be a better sight than the last one.

Lot of bad things happened 'round here in 2012, but in the end, I'm still here, I'm still happily married, I got to see my parents for Thanksgiving and my in-laws for Christmas, made a few new friends and got closer to a few old ones, am still employed, and finally got out of a long and deep depression. 2012 wasn't all bad. Here's hoping things keep looking up in 2013. Happy New Year everyone, stay safe tonight - no drinking and driving out of any of you - and best of luck for 2013.

ressurecting all these threads by someone that doesn't post here anymore is weirdly creepy

Not as creepy as Frank sticking his dick in a four-digit number.

Looking at the bright side, I'm pretty sure it would be impossible for my dad to die in 2013.
