No Jabber (Google Talk) support?

is there anyway we could include Jabber on the list of IMs under user details?

on a similar note, how about some kind of social networking contact info like the IMs have?

Is Google Talk the only IM client you use, and if so, why?

I have MSN, but hardly use it. Google Talk is just less BS, more simple chat.

Is there a way to allow a wide variety of choices, but limit how many any one user can list?

Well, the ones that you leave blank are not displayed, same as it is now.
But, I use a lot of IM clients/social networks. Offer me that service, and I'll have like 24 icons below my avatar.

I'm sure there's a way we can just add Google Talk/Jabber tho.

Only one I saw actually ADDED Jabber to the board. It's apparently a bit bandwidth intensive which is why I didn't jump at it yet.
