My sister has played on my wow account since I got it years ago. I want to buy her her own account for christmas. Does anyone know if I can transfer her character to the new account?
- Transfers between accounts can be done only if you are the registered user on both accounts. (We do not support the transfer of characters between friends, guild mates, or family members.)

In other words, make another account under your name, then get the transfers, then give it to her.
But you're looking at a decent chunk of payment there.
