So you can create an emblem, and there are a bunch of different designs to use. Some of those designs are silhouettes of men in suits. One is titled "Man Jump" and it is the exact outline of our favorite jumping lawyer. Screenshot to come.

Holy crap, did the Black Ops people visit HalfPixel? Literally, the only difference in the outline is a slight alteration of the fingers on his right hand.

All right, we definitely need to resurrect this meme.

To give some background that's often lost when people explain the meme, I found the original photo in a newspaper, depicting a real-life Pakistani lawyer running from tear gas that was shot at a protest he was participating in. The photographer got lucky enough to snap a picture of the guy when he was in a pose straight out of an action movie.

He instantly became a hero among the halfpixel/halforums community.
