Hammer doesn't look anywhere near as bad as she has the last few times we've seen her. But the implication has been that they have been keeping up this treatment for at least the past year. It that's the case then clearly the Charan Military is even more dysfunctional than the Terran Navy.

I know what you mean. For all they talk about how bad the Terran Navy is you'd think the Charans would have laws on the treatment of POWs.
