And they didn't even name Jane Lynch (Though she appeared in the trailer), Jeffrey Tambor, Joe Lo Truglio, or Bill Hader!

So, is this the final in the apparent planned trilogy by the same guys behind Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz?

No. Edgar Wright (and Nira Park) is (are) in no way involved in this film, so this is separate from the Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy.

Working Title for the third film is "The World's End" And it will somehow feature the mint green cornetto. (SOTD featured the cherry red and Hot Fuzz featured the original blue flavour).
