Now I understand everyone has their own opinions but still this has to be one of the stupidest reviews I have seen. He feels the need to let people know that he is a hardcore gamer cause he grew up with Halo. He also feels the need to let us know that the graphics are not as good as the PS3. Than he starts to berate it for not being as good as the iPhone which he feels is doing a better job meeting today's gamers. He also claims that the 3DS's design is archaic looking and than he laughs at the fact that they are still using a stylus.

Yes, he's an idiot. He complains about having a headache after playing with the 3D on max for a couple hours. Duh! The 3D slider is supposed to allow you to adjust it so that you're comfortable and don't get headaches. It's not just a "it goes to 11!" knob that you have to put to "extreme!".

Well, I think I'm hardxcore because I grew up with Duck Hunt. FUCK YEAH.

You're more hardcore then anyone that grew up on Halo anyway....

It makes me think of a blog I found... something like "Playing Games That Are Older Than Me". It's a kid who's just barely out of high school playing games that are older than him that people have recommended to him. So he's played through the original Metroid as well as Battletoads, and he reviews the pros/cons/hardness factor. It's pretty fantastic.

I had that one as a kid. It was fun for like the first 7 levels or so. After that it got so brutally hard it was just insane. I couldn't even beat the game using a Game Genie.

The Battletoads blog was my fav because of how stupidly hard that game is!! I'm going to find the blog right now! <3
On the iPad though so linking is a bit harder... May have to link it when I get home.

Then you'll love the one for Snake, Rattle, and Roll.

Now, comparing its graphics to the PS3, it's a frickin' HANDHELD. Seriously - I don't think he knows anything about what he's talking about. You want a comparison?

On one hand, I want to smack him for expecting a handheld to exceed a console (even a 5 year-old console) but on the other hand when the NGP/PSP2 gets compared to PS3 graphics, the comparison is favorable. Of course, there isn't a price for the NGP yet. Let's see how this moronic reviewer feels about the 3DS's price point when the NGP comes out and is more expensive than a PS3.
