This is a old Setting that I want to bring back to life.
The Premise: A Medieval Fantasy World that was built from the pieces of several destroyed worlds (at least 5, likely to be more), features great magical powers and of course dangers from unknown universes.
Others elements that I want to throw include The Four Gods and All Myths Are True (Elements from Norse, Greek and Egiptian Mythology), because of the Keychain Of Creation Web Comic I decided to increase some elements that are similar to Exalted.
Everything from here isn’t set in stone yet and can change.
As I mentioned, the world is made from pieces of destroyed worlds (some After The End according to a given Mythology) and the surviving Gods band together to create a new world for themselves, they tried this at least once before, but it was so unstable that that world… exploded. The New World is more well planned
The Four Gods… well actually Five Gods died during the multiples apocalypses, they bodies are used as the foundations of the inner world, forming the continents. They are place much like the original Four Gods Myth. But I am considering changing This, the world was divide among the gods in areas according to the God-beast buried there.
The current division follows like this:
Well, my big concerns with the setting is the organization between above mentioned sectors and my choices for Patheons/Cultures for them and I would like feedback and constructive criticism in that area.
Alternatives for the above mentioned arrangement include:

The current division follows like this:
Element – God-beast – Related Patheon and a brief description
Earth (in the Center) – The Golden Dragon – A “Standard” European-RPG Patheon. Heavily connected with the concepts of Good, Evil, Law and Chaos. This world
Wood – The Azure Dragon possibly, parts of a World Three from the Norse-like Mythology – Fae Folk and Nature deities
Fire – The Red Phoenix – Egiptian-like deities, is a desertic and arid place and also unstable because the Red Phoenix isn’t completely dead
Water – The Black Turtle – Dragon Deities, this area is made up mostly by Islands and Asian/Orient-like cultures.
Metal – The White Tiger – Titanic Deities, a combination of Greek and Norse Mythology with Giant-Gods, I am considering this area to be a place of combined Magic and Technology
Also, the slayed Midgard Serpent Skeleton (Norse Mythology) was transformed in the Massive Wall of Ice and Bone that surrounds the world and stops the ocean from falling from the edge, The Wolf Fenrir Corpse was buried near the Serpent and formed a cold sub-continent. Both aren’ “officially” belonging to any pantheon, but many Norse-like gods deal there. I likely to throw a dead Cerberus somewhere
While they don’t have a area of the world for them, the setting also has the magical elements of Air, Light and Darkness.

Take the Element of Earth from the Center, potentially to be replaced with another element (likely wood and metal) or just placing the elements in a star-like array.
Add a Area for the Element of Air, or even a Area for Light (or Light/Dark): I dislike both alternatives, but I am not sure.
Change Elements and Patheons like this:

Change Elements and Patheons like this:
Fire – Red Phoenix - the Titanic patheon, and is placed near the Ice continent made from the Wolf Fenrir, related to the Norse mythology of Fire and Ice and also the Phoenix know from the Greek mythology. Also, I don’t feel that Titans go well with metal
Earth – Golden Dragon / Kirin – The Egyptian Pahteon, including the Desert. The dryness could be explained due to the fact that is mostly landlocked. Also a planned deity for that Pantheon was a Unicorn-god crossbreed from two pantheons that I was thinking it could be the child of the dead Kirin God-beast.
Metal – White Tiger – because the two other pantheons are moved, the “Standard RPG-Pantheon” would be placed here, it actually fits well with the element. The Metal element is tricky because is hard to find something that fits with it (and even worse something that fits with Tigers)

MEMORIES AND MAGIC
Because of the way the World was built, different magical and physical laws co-exist and collide, brute Mana, the mystical energy flows everywhere.
Mana usually manifest itself in places where parts of the different worlds touch each other, the energy then flows through and start accumulate in different places, called Nexus. They can be dangerous, Echoes often manifest themselves above or near Nexus, but they aren’t the only threat, even the energy is too much, reality itself can warp and twist itself in a Nexus creating unimaginable things. However, Mana can be dissipated through the use or magic, thus finding Nexus and using it powers is both a good resource and a way to help reality.
The different pieces of destroyed world attached to one another don’t lie dead or resting, they remember the time when they used to whole and complete, combined with the free energy it causes those memories to become more real, sometimes this is just a Déjà vu feeling, sometimes it causes the reincarnated souls of the world to remember they past lives or even to become they past-selves, in some cases it can manifest “Echoes” copies from the past that can be anything even entire cities with living and thinking people, some Echoes are near identical copies, others can be different and twisted.

RACES
Humans are chosen by the gods as the “default” race to start the New World, with reincarnated surviving souls from the former worlds hosted in human bodies regardless of they former living selves, according to their plans, the gods started to bring other races to the world.
After a while, the gods decided that was time to other races to join the world, this was done by three methods, the first was simple willing new people into existence, the second was making human mortals to give birth to the new races spontaneously, the last and most common was changing mortals in to new forms, sometimes completely, sometimes not.
As a result, Humans are the most common and widespread race, and there are many semi-humans around, but the new races already are quite numerous and growing.
Not all of the new races and transformations come from the gods, the sheer raw magic is already responsible for a increasing number of mutations, some common enough to become truly new races themselves, plus are the ones that suffered the effect of the Echoes and sometimes becoming completely new things.
Other takes in races and ideas:

I was thinking and making humans substitute elves as the “race with thousand different sub-races” not only because of the half-humans but because of mentioned mutations, “elemental humans” or “beast humans” and the like would be featured and/or common.
Like I said, this is a old idea, that I will update, some old concept for races included:
Dwarves are dying, New Dwarves are living: During one of the apocalypses the Dwarven-Creator God is killed. It ends up resulting that female dwarves are corrupted by evil and no new male dwarves can be born, so the other gods saved the dwarves future by creating the “Moutainfolk” a semi-human race with dwarf-like attributes, the females of this races don’t have dwarves souls (usually they have human souls) and are quite beautfull
The Elves, being they usual bastard selves, would be more fairy-like and more powerfull but also arrogant, causing some of they to try to enslave humans, this end up with a curse place in that group, that causes the birth of Orcs, everything a Elf wouldn’t want to be
There was a also a sort of gipsy-like race of humans with elf’s blood
