I am so pre-ordering (even if I don't care about any of the bonuses).
It's already on sale in the app store (the PC version doesn't come out until the 15th), but it looks like the iPad episodes are going to be significantly more expensive than their PC and PS3 counterparts. Unless an option to buy the full season, $10 per episode will mean $50 for the full season on iPad versus $35 on the PC/PS3.

It's out!
Finished chapter one in about four hours. This is Telltale's strongest opening episode to date. I was laughing almost the entire way through.
Excellent dialogue, graphics, presentation, and puzzles (although there is a fair deal of hand holding in the first hour or so, this is mostly to get the player used to the new interface).
