Not that it doesn't work for some peopel, but beyond "happy and with lowered inhibitions", I usually don't follow up anymore because I don't want to take advantage (note that if I know she's interested anyway, such as in a relationship etc etc, this is different - than, drunk might mean "willing to try some...err...different stuff :-p)
