Done. Computer Engineer btw, so in the "highly skilled in technology" category. Bonus points: I used to work in a job that we did Computer Vision work.

I just hope that human drivers will not be forced from the road. Because I want my Mid-life Crisis sports car dammit.

I wasn't sure if I should call myself proficient or highly skilled. I know basic programing and build my own computers, but I don't do it professionally.

I had the same dilemma. I chose "proficient" because I'm sure there are any number of people out there who would tell me I hardly qualify for highly skilled.
I mean, sure I'm reeeeally smart, but my background has no robotics, no metallurgy, no chip design, no ergonomics, no software design, etc.
It's semantics again. Lots of theoretical but little practical can't be called skilled in my book since "skilled" to me means lots of levels/XP, and I don't have any in those fields.

Not saying I couldn't design the computers. Just saying I probably couldn't program them (though I am sure I could quickly learn to), nor could I design the vehicles (this would take me longer to learn).
And hey, I'm getting better about accepting praise. It's tough, though. I have a reputation for arrogance to mitigate.
...I'm deathly serious about that last bit.
