Like the whole series. I think over the course of 4 days.
It's interesting because I never watched the show in order. I always assumed there were just episodes that I was missing or something. Nope, turns out that the writers would just decide "oh we're going to do it like this this season" and completely change it.
Anyways, that aside, great show. Was kind of depressing when I got to the end. Wanted more (watched the most recent episodes, Red Dwarf 9 I think?)

I thought the show was quirky and funny, but I found the book series to be so much better.
I found the book to be richer in terms of content but it wouldn't have worked if they had tried to film the show that way. The content of each Red Dwarf worked perfectly in it's respective media type.
I may be odd but my favourite seasons were actually the first few.
