So Italy doesn't like internet freedom???

Basically 4 Googles exec are charge for NOT removing the video from Google video fast enough on their servers that someone upload it.

This is not a good precedent. I have no idea what the prosecutors are thinking when they push for this. Do they really want internet providers to really scan and control what goes online?

Which just means that next time something like this happens, Google will refuse to cooperate with police in identifying the perps.

Well China has no internet freedom and a communist country. I didn't know that Italy was communist also.
