Some Lawyers at Samsung are getting fired

As we know that Apple is suing Samsung for patent infringement. You would think the lawyers would know their case well, but not in this case. The team of Samsung lawyers can't tell a difference between Galaxy vs iPad.

This can't boad well for Samsung.

What's odd is Samsung is one of the parts suppliers for both the iPad 2 and the iPhone4S.

iPhones and iPads have always had issues in S. Korea and have, at least in the past, faced restrictions on use. Last year there was a small scandal about a minister using an iPad during an event.

The touchwiz skin that Samsung puts over their Android devices does look an awful lot like ios. You can still tell the difference, but damn if it isn't close.
