Sooo, wait, is this right?

Ok, so I recently subscribed to the newly relaunched Electronic Gaming Monthly magazine. There have been a ton of odd issues with my subscription, from getting letters in the mail saying they were or were not able to process my subscription and then I get an email saying there was an issue and I'd get my first issue free and now today after being told everything would be cleared up today by their customer service rep, I get two emails about an hour apart.

email from 9 am said:
We processed your order on April 21, 2010. It takes approximately 6-8 weeks to start receiving your print magazines in Canada. Your subscription will start with the first 2010 issue: Spring 2010, and expire with the January 2011 issue.

Thank you for subscribing to ELECTRONIC GAMING MONTHLY.

Then an hour later

email from 10 am said:
We are showing that your credit card payment submitted on April 5, 2010 was not accepted.

We processed your paid order on April 21, 2010. It takes approximately 4-6 weeks to start receiving your magazines. Your subscription will start with the first 2010 issue: Spring 2010, and expire with the January 2011 issue.

So what the hell? My credit card has been charged the money already and has been since the beginning of the month.
 
Yeah, I already shot off another email. I just posted that to show just how weird things have been. I've never had to spend actual time on subscribing to a magazine before. It's usually a 30 second process. This has been going on for weeks.
 
I got one better. I recently started receiving a subscription to Game Informer, but have not signed up for it. Cust. service people could only tell me that it was an online order and that someone may have gifted it to me. So far, no one has fessed up to it.

Also, I just posted from my work system and that little message popped up on it for some reason...
