I had a model kit for one of the Eagle Landers when I was a little kid. MY GOD that was the hardest model that I've ever seen. Basically all the lattice work super structure for the model was to be cut out of these 18" paper straws... I even took it out once when I was in my 20's to give it a shot at putting it together and I gave up rapidly.

I don't really remember the show. I don't think my parents let us watch it, I might have been showing during one of their Police Procedural shows - like Cannon.
