Have to say I was already excited for StarCraft 2. This last minute trailer, however, made me feel like a kid again. Going to be a first day buy for me.

RTS Game, right? Only Blizzard could get me interested in something like that. But I still won't play it.
I hate RTS games.

I was an RTS player long before I got into RPGs. Some of my most fond memories were playing WarCraft 2 or Red Alert with my father when I was younger. Really, I would probably get StarCraft 2 just for the storyline, it looks very cinematic.

I wish I didn't horribly suck at RTSes so that I could really enjoy this game. I spend most of my time tearing my hair out over these. Never did finish Warcraft 3.

I think I got chills from that and now I'm a whole heck of a lot more excited for SC2.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Blizzard should make movies. That was phenomenal.
@Dave: the good thing about solo RTS is that you can pause and take your time (yea kinda take the R out of the TS doesn't it?) but when playing live with other players, not so much.

I can't learn to play a new RTS. I went through all of Dawn of War in college and never got the same detailed knowledge of the game like I had time to learn for Starcraft and Warcraft III when I was a teenager.
So as cool as all Starcraft 2 stuff has been, and that it's coming out on my b-day, I'm still gonna (sadly) pass.
Also, my computer sucks and won't run it--same as with all the other PC games I wanna play.
The $100 price tag for the Collector's Edition is pretty much what's keeping me away at the moment. However if I end up finding one a few months down the line for about $60? Sure. I liked StarCraft 1 till hacking became the only way most people on Battle.Net played.

Their CGI department is amazing. If Blizzard sat down to do a movie, they'd blow Avatar out of the water.

Yeah, basically that.
When Blizzard announced that there was a WoW movie in the works, I can just imagine the legions of folks wetting their pants with the announcement followed immediately followed by massive sighs of disappointment when it was also announced it would be live action.

I'm going to be camping out Monday night for Starcraft 2. I cannot wait.

I'm hoping that I can do a little tinkering in order to make this run alright on my comp in the next couple months. I want to play it so bad.
