I do find it weird that Claw wouldn't have a contingency plan for taking care of his children if he's captured, like the HR lady taking care of them or something. Unless she's there, but off screen.

I'd assume there gets to be a level of self sufficiency with the kids. Anything they need they probably know to make a henchman do.

Yeah, we've already seen them pull "rank" on the henchies at least once.
