Tapatalk: NSFW threads viewable in "latest" section without permission

So, when using the tapatalk app for my phone, i 've noticed that halforums let's me see recently-added posts in the NSFW section under the "latest" tab. The subforum doesn't show up in as a section I can browse, but recently-updated threads can still be seen without permission.

Anyone can get to the NSFW section if they know the URL. It's not locked down, it's just invisible to the forum listing.
