That's just for the bench warrant from her blowing off her court date yesterday.

I see few if any reasons why the judge should go easy on her when she finally shows up. The judge was already rather PO'd at her. Jetting off to Cannes when it was near certain she'd miss her court appearance if she did, and her subsequent behavior that go all over TMZ after she got to France won't help the judge's mood.
