Finally got through season three and am about to watch Razor tonight before forging on to Season four, most of which I saw while flying to a conference in Chile earlier this year but had no idea what was going on.
Loved the New Caprica episode where Galactica does a big atmospheric bellyflop and launches all the vipers and then winks out... awesome!!! Stuff like that makes me proud to be a man.
It's like that scene from Sleepless in Seattle comparing an affair to remember the dirty dozen... except BG actually does it and it.. it's... just too awesome... *sniffle*

Is there a Battlestar Galactica thread?
BSG is another show I loved. Didn't love how it ended, but I loved that it ended, rather than trying to drag it all out.

Once you slog through season 4, only watch the first half of the final episode. You'll be a happier person just making up your own ending.

Is there a Battlestar Galactica thread?
Thought the ending was okay but totally different than the ending from the early series that aired before this one.
Spoiler:
Didnt know who Starback turned out to be in the end. Was slightly surprising.
Did they in fact explain that? I didn't get it. And I liked the ending, the only part I didn't like was the very last "and the moral of this story is..." segment which I found abysmally stupid.
Spent a large portion of the Turkey Day weekend playing BSG marathon drinking game.

She
was dead, and the angels (the 6 in Baltar's head and the Baltar in 6's head) sent her back to help guide everyone to where they were supposed to be. I guess you could think of her as a ghost, or a spirit of some sort.
At least I think that was it. I need to go back and watch the whole series over again.
I also liked the ending fine, except for the last few minutes with the big conversation about what it all meant. Silly and needless.
