The "Interpret Song Lyrics" Thread

This is a thread for interpreting sections of songs that you really just can't figure out.

This is -not- for figuring out what the lyrics are, only what the hell they are talking about.

Here's mine, please help, cuz I honestly can't figure out what this could mean. I would like to think it isn't random.



The lyrics I just don't understand are:

Lift down zero zero, two tweve
This day, this day, go go

and

I'm landing on this day like a needle on the record (repeat above)

My only guess for the second one is that he's starting his day running, but I really can't think what "lift down" means, and the numbers' significance.
