Let's have a thread for interesting trades. For instance, I recently bought a 100 pack of Memorex DVD-Rs when I CLEARLY wanted CD-Rs. Anybody willing to trade something for that?
Post all other WTB/WTS trades, cool? Cool. Cool cool cool.

Few months ago, I bought the Invincible Compendium. So I no longer have need of Invincible Vol. 1-3 (hardcovers) that collect the first 35 issues, as well as the softcover trades that collect up to #47.
Perhaps you purchase bagged, processed manure from specialty shops, in which case it might be comparable to MP3 players in pricing, but if you look around a bit you should be able to find some that costs substantially less than an MP3 player - some livestock farmers even pay people to haul it away.
I've got an upconverting DVD player, gifted to me before the great HDDVD/Blu-Ray battle of yesteryear, that I can't even give away. Has a remote and everything.
it can be yours for three low, easy payments of free ninety nine.

Gil, if I could accept your trade on behalf of Microsoft, I'd be all over it. Turns out that the reason my computer refuses to burn CDRs but has no problem whatsoever with DVDRs is because the cheap ass, piece of shit DVDRW drive that Dell used can't handle CDRs reliably - so now I have about 150 useless CDRs and everything I burn has to go onto DVDR - even if it's a 12k file.

Sorry Charlie, my car has a CD player and that's it. Also, making mix CD's for girls is fucking awesome. Also, making mix CD's in general is fucking awesome.
Also, I don't need any comics Nick BUT I STILL WANT TO TRADE THOSE DVDS YO!

it's weird how my even older car with a tape player is more ipod compatible with one of those tape things I shove in that has an AUX plug

Yeah, it's a pain in the ass. My car was new enough not to come with a tape deck, but old enough where I don't have a jack. When I'm done being broke, I'm going to spring for a CD player with the jack, but until then, I'm actually really satisfied with burning CDs. Gives me a great chance to listen to specific albums on car rides.

If you know anything about basic car radio installation, you can buy a radio with an AUX port for less than $75.

A cheap FM transmitter costs like $5 bucks. Just throwing that out there.

That's true, but that could be a downgrade if you have the top-of-the-line factory radio. The $75 job isn't going to sound as nice.

Sounds better than no MP3 hookup at all.
FM transmiters are 99% of the time, totally useless and sound horrid with tons of static.

Yeah, fuck FM transmitters. I'd rather listen to my ipod with the headphones jacked up my ass.
Sheg, yeah, I know, but I'm just waiting until I have some extra cash. That is, $75 bucks that I'm not using to pay for booze.

Leave this man and his love of CD's alone.
I approve of this trading thread, and of mix tapes. CD's
