Is there anyone out there who can give me a brief rundown on how to turn this GitHub project https://github.com/chooper/twitter-repeater into a functioning repeater? My main comms repeater was taken offline yesterday due to internal group drama and I need to build a new network that isn't dependent on other people to run it.

Luckily it looks like this bit of things has been rectified for Portland. Still would be nice to know how any of this works, but later, I suppose.
