Direct to video. PG-13.

VERY GOOD. Best use of Robin in video form ever. The PG-13 rating means that despite being the DCAU, people actually die, which certainly adds to gritty realism of the movie. The action scenes are really well choreographed.

Favorite part? The Joker. This, Nolan, is the Joker. Psychopathic, but clever. The scene between Black Mask and Joker in Arkham alone is worth the entire movie. John Dimaggio (Bender) voices the Joker, and does an excellent job.

After seeing Batman/Superman: Public Enemy, I REALLY want to see a Superman/Shazam: First Thunder movie. Captain Marvel doesn't get enough love in the DCAU, which is odd because for a LONG time he was actually more popular than Superman.

Wasn't that LONG time about 40-50 years ago though?

It was quite good but hearing Bender as the Joker did not do it for me. Not one bit. All I heard was Bender.

Yes, but considering we already have Batman: The Brave and the Bold showing off a lot of the lesser knowns, it might be time to start doing it in the big releases too. Hell, there is already talk of a Blue Beetle series thanks to B:TBatB...

I also saw this recently and really loved it. I have really been impressed with the DC Animated Films. This one jumped up with First Flight to become one of my favorites out of the studio.

I also really liked the newest one, Apocalypse, just for the scene were...

Supergirl flips Darksied into his own Omega Beams.
