I have to do some video testing tonight, and the only video I've found on youtube that has 1080p, actually scales up to full screen (on a 1080p monitor, of course) without black bars anywhere, and is energetic enough is a rebecca black video (person of interest, for those curious souls).
Please, please, pleas help me find something else to watch. Anything, really. It just needs to be on youtube, have a 1080 option, and be encoded correctly so that it'll play full screen.
It does have to be energetic - lots of movement, panning, etc (otherwise the compression routine has it too easy) for instance, this one, while more enjoyable to watch, is just not punishing enough:
