Interesting concept. I can see why some people like it, and some people are mad about it. I saw the original video and just went Meh, probably staged and thought nothing of it.

Fake. Even a metal cutting saw would take longer to get through a thin walled tube. Unless they use wooden posts to hold their parking meters.
I would rather have seen them use a huge concrete cutting saw and cut the thing in half down the middle - vertically. It would have been much more impressive.
