Since police often have video dash cameras, I find this reassuring. For years they have been taping traffic stops, why shouldn't he be allowed to do the same?

Cops Gone Wild just doesn't have the same ring to it, in multiple respects.

Seriously, good on the decision.

But I wonder, will this ruling be considered precedent for the purposes of the laws as applied, or will future videotaping motorists require their day in court to re-affirm this decision?
