A lost WWII US Air Force plane wreckage has been found in the Saint Lawrence Seaway. Sounds like we may find Captain America down there ready to be thawed out in order fight injustice in this modern age.

The "freeway" part in your description threw me off. I thought maybe he was in a neighboring pylon with Hoffa.
