it was an interesting project. we took one of those cheapo gigaware models from last Christmas and put a much more powerful led inside. which of course allowed us to scale up the picture. here is a video of it running the first time. it was originally rated for 50 inches it is now on a 10 foot + screen.

I will ask my friend John who masterminded the entire ordeal to write something up for me about what he did. I will be honest I didnt do much other than hand him stuff and let him work his magic. I'll get back to you when he can explain what he did.
