I've said it before, and I'll say it again, Congress is the opposite of progress.
He's worried about putting more troops on the island; for environmental reasons, and that the island is too small and may capsize. This cuss is making nearly 200,000 a year. We are paying taxes to pay for this moronic douche to sit there and say ridiculous things like that. I don't know how that general sat there without telling him what a cussing idiot he is.
I'm sure he didn't mean it literally, but just listening to him speak made me sad for the U.S.

Even if he wasn't being literal, the way that man spoke and carried himself made me angry.
It's like he was trying to carry himself as cerebral and stately, but he just came off as an idiot who didn't know anything who paused and said 'uuuuuuuuhh' a lot, not because he was thinking about the situation, but because he was thinking 'hehehe, I am so much smarter than this dumb general.'

Wow...words utterly fail me.
I'm hoping this was a joke, and it's just his delivery that sucks.

Roughly 200 square miles, a population of 150,000 or so (i think that's what the dude said), and on the edge of American existence while still being American. Plus, I think it's warm all year round there. Is there any chance I can move to Guam?
