Honestly, I know the guy might have autism, but I couldn't help thinking about the Poochy episode of the Simpsons where Homer is doing a Q&A session with Itchy and Stratchy fans.

The dead eyes of the Blizzard staff says it all.

Those poor fucking assholes. Blizzcon must be shear hell.

Insane Guy of Doom is actually a pretty cool guy. The fact he has spread to here is a testament that his question has become MEME status, since I have also seen the video on the Cheezeburger Network and Cracked.com. I know him from a few message boards I visit and he was always a big fan of the storyline, just like myself.

As for his question, just in case you didn't grasp it. Falstad Wildhammer is a character from the novel Day of the Dragon. He has been in the game since it came out, as the leader of the Wildhammer Dwarves of the Aerie Peak, located in Hinterlands. When Cataclysm hit beta, and up until recently, Falstad was sitting on the newly formed Council of Three Hammers in Ironforge, which has taken over as the leadership following Magni's death. He was standing beside Muradin Bronzebeard and Moira Thaurissan, who take up the other two seats on the Council.

Worst yet, in the new novel The Shattering, it is specifically mentioned that Falstad joined the council.

During one of the more recent patches, however, Falstad vanished and was replaced by the slightly more famous Kurdran Wildhammer, who you may know as the hero from WC2 that has had his own statue in the Valley of Heroes in Stormwind. He appeared in Outland at Wildhammer Fortress in Shadowmoon Valley, but is returning to Azeroth in Cataclysm to lead some of the fights in the Twilight Highlands. He took the place of Falstad on the Council without a word.

We are very curious how Blizzard plans to "fix" the issue now that they realize it. If Falstad is going to return to be put on the Council, or if they will retain Kurdran and simply move Falstad back to Aerie Peak.

To quote the OP....

What the hell are you talking about?

Man you are WAY into the lore. Amazingly and crazily so.

Which reminds me, apparently almost the entire wowwiki team has moved on to wowpedia.org after a dispute with wikia.
Yup, wikia was forcing a new design on them which you can see on the site recently. The admins and contributors didn't like that, so they signed up with curse-gaming and started a new website, which you have already mentioned. Right now the website mostly just has everything copied over from wowwiki, so it's pretty much the same website with a different design till they start adding new content.

I heard rumors of keylogging going on on the old site.

The old wowwiki used to set off my AVG anti-virus often.

Insane Guy of Doom continues down the route to meme status, as not only have parodies of him started being posted, much like the one above by Chaz, but he has appeared on Attack of the Show, Condensed Soup, and The Jimmy Kimmel Show.

Saw those quite a while back, but figured I'd leave his dignity in tact (until the need for blackmailing came into play). Way to go Gurp.

Ah, come on Shego, I thought we were friends. ;)

Mind you, I mentioned long ago I made erotic art, but that I didn't care to post it here for reasons of this not really being the right place to post them. If I lose dignity in some peoples eyes, there is little I can do to change that. Everyone has a vice, and fantasy and sex have always been mine. I would hope people would see me more as a contributor to the site then "the guy that made pr0nz", and I hope that will still be the case.

BTW, anyone that may click Gurp's link, realize some of the searches may be NSFW.

It's not like I'm outside his house with binoculars, I googled "Scytherexx." If he really cared about hiding his screenshot-editing activities he would've used different handles.

Scythe if you want pm me and i will delete my posts etc.

E: oh hey im slow on the draw.

I did send you one earlier saying I didn't think posting it in the gaming board does well, and to have it posted on the NSFW board if you must out my works. However, I am not going to hide what I do, I just won't talk about it when I feel those activities have nothing to do with the discussion. At this point the cat has come out of that bag, and now I just have to hope others will not hold it over my head the minute I enter a discussion about anything important to me on these boards. That is the risk I took.
