Parents and kids going to see the Spongebob movie got a special treat! The theater started showing the wrong movie, namely 50 Shades of Grey.

Spongebob. Still a better love story than 50 Shades.

I don't know how 50 Shades starts, so unless they jump right into the kinky stuff, I don't see it as being a big deal. I'm guessing they fixed the issue pretty fast. If it were me, I would have been confused as hell, and probably laughed about it later, but I'm also a terrible parent.

We went to see Spongebob at the drive-in here. My 11 year old son yells out "OOooooooo who lives in a pineapple under the sea?" and got a huge response. It was awesome.

I heard about this, but going by the thumbnail I thought some community theatre had actually and intentionally mashed up the two.
I was so disappointed when I clicked play.
