Why are the elderly Chinese hornier than us?

China has produced a number of elderly horny folks in recent years.

Bad puns aside, why are they growing horns, and why would they get horns at a seemingly greater rate than other countries?

Alternately, is it simply because when they have a strange growth they more often choose to allow it to continue without treatment, whereas people in the west are more likely to seek treatment?

I've done a little searching, but my google-fu appears to be weak against this topic...

I imagine it has to do with the facts that China is both one of the most populous and one of the most polluted countries in the world.

Lots of weird shit floating around, and lots of people to be potentially affected in unusual ways by it.
