Windows 7 Product Key

So I got the student version of Windows and installed it and everything works fine (except that I have to troubleshoot my internet connection and something about a valid IP address comes up but then it works fine.) Anyways its now asking for a product key and going through the stuff they mailed me I can't fine one. I downloaded Keyfinder by magical jelly bean but the verification tool says the one it gives me is a default one and can't be used to activate it. Any ideas?

You got it from Digital River?

Just email them and they'll send it to you. Worked for me.

They sent it to you in the email that you used to connect with their site. Hope you didn't delete it!

Thanks for that, it reminded me that I signed up with my college email which I never use. I kept looking through my regular and spam emails thinking I was missing it somehow.

Nah, actually that's one of the biggest universities here... and of course i should have linked the english version of the site (man, have things improved since i finished it): http://www.ase.edu.ro/engleza/index.asp

My brother is attending it now and all students get access to free versions of Windows (they have some sort of partnership with MS).

But i was just bragging i got it for free and legit...
