Wouldn't that be a woodwhistle?nicely done.
That kid has access to thousands of dollars in woodworking equipment! wow!
Back when I was making wooden tinwhistles, I had to make do with this:
That's my entire woodworking setup, except another bench housing a frankenstein 35" wood lathe (Cheap ass $99 Harbor Freight setup) attached to an air compressor, attached to a gun drill, for boring long straight holes.
If I had all the time in the world, woodworking is yet another thing I'd do. I've done pens in my dad's shop, but I don't have a lathe so no pens for me right now.Very cool. I eventually want to get a small lathe for that very reason. Good stuff.
Do you build stuff steiny? I think either Gruebeard or FunSize also does some woodworking.
That is me, though I've not used a lathe in ages. I've built kitchens in the past as a job. And I've made furniture for myself, including the built-in computer desk I made for my place, pictures of which I posted here early this year.Do you build stuff steiny?
