Seriously, though, if the gym has wi-fi, set up a Spotify on your iPhone/iPod and rock the fuck out. Disturbed, Avenged Sevenfold, stuff like that. Drowning Pool would be good, too.

I like pop music for working out because it has a fast paced beat that I can keep moving to.
