This has been an interesting day for me in WoW.

Started out by getting all the Pilgrim Achievements other then Turkey Lurky, which I will finish tomorrow.

Got on my warlock and finished leveling her to 80, went and created a few craftable epics for her and plan to get the rest in ToC.

Then logged on other alts and leveled up my neglected cooking on them. You can level from 1-350 just using the Thanksgiving Recipes and most of the ingredients are purchasable from the vendors. You won't have an easier and cheaper chance to get your cooking up.

I'm going to be running my alts through cooking this week too. It's way too easy to pass up.

The MMO Champion website reported the man's character "Little Grey" is the first to complete every achievement in the game, reaching 986 out of a possible 986 points.

Along the way he's virtually slain 390,895 creatures and died 8,543 times while completing 5906 quests, an average of 14.6 quests per day. That means he's played for about 400 days.

The historic achievement has become mired in controversy, however, since he's technically missing a recently released achievement.

Yeah, he's missing an achievement that'll come with the Christmas event ingame, so he'll be behind for like, two more weeks.

Also I canceled my account due to money issues. I'm not noticing much in the way of "gosh I wish I was playing right now" so I'm on the fence about re-upping when funds are available. I do want to see ICC, though...

With in weeks there will be another content patch that will give him a couple dozen more achievements to earn. And the cycle continues.

I have done that before. One thing I love about what the MMO culture has done is preserve in stone the idea that online games that I have played save my progress, even if I'm not currently paying for access.

So if I'm sick of WoW and don't want to immediately re-up, but interested in the next content patch coming out in a couple months or so, I can come back on patch-day and it's like I never left.
