Essentially what it says on the title... twice today when I have posted, this tiny little "You have 1 new alert(s)" screen pop-ups at the lower right-hand corner of my screen, just above the chat room bar.
And every time that happens, Halforums completely freezes for me, necessitating I close the window and open it again. It used to happen periodically since the chat room bar was added, but so far I've had the new pop-up come up twice... and twice Halforums has freezed.
Yes, I use IE, but that can't be the source of all woes, can it?
