That damn near qualifies as an oxymoron.

Farmville is for dummies. I don't think I've ever seen a book that better fits it's target audience.

What the hell good is a book like that for a program that completely changes every two months?

It's good for making someone filthy rich.

HEY now. Some of us just don't get into WOW or shoot-em-up games.

Two months? More like every two weeks.

That's fine. I'm a fan of a broad variety of genres myself, and I think that there need to be games of all types. However, Zynga has disgusting business practices, and I won't play, or even say nice things about, any of it's games. There are lots of much better games out there for gamers who don't want to play an RPG or an FPS.

I used to play farmville and the game itself is fine. It's the time limits and having to harass your FB friends for stuff that is intolerable. I stopped playing about a year ago now I guess. What was a just fun pastime started to feel more like a job. Now the only Facebook game I really like is Pet Society mostly because I don't have to get people to help me (except in rare occasions and I adore those people who are willing to bear the shame of having a Pet society notice on their wall just so I can get a rotating snow flake >.>) I have noticed that Pet society tried to change things to be more like Petville, the Zynga game, I was like wtf NOOO I hate Petville. But so far the changes haven't affected gameplay so so far so good. And I say "gameplay" but pet society is really more akin to Tamagotchi, simulated pet, than a real game. I love it anyway.

Can't be any worse than when I played Gaia Online during it's inception....
