Man spiders are creepy...but there are those mosquito infested times, when you see a web with a hundred shriveled, twisted corpses suspended in a silky prison, that you almost might want to buy them a round.

Beautiful, aren't they. *polishes her nails against her chest and huffs on them*

that doesn't seem that big. 1.5" body, 5" legspan, 3 foot web.
Here's an orb spider from my back yard. It's about that same size, maybe even a little bigger. They're common around here.

Kill them kill them all with a blowtorch and sanitize the area with salt!
I hate spiders so damn much... ew.
I prefer all the pests they eat to those disgusting spindly legged monstrosities.

You know what's awesome about living in Canada. Our biggest insect around here is a kind of moth with a body about an inch long at it's biggest. Also, we don't have many rats where I live at all. Nothing is really that poisonous. Our biggest wildlife fears come from those banada spiders that sometimes pop up in banana shipments and bears deciding to eat us while we camp. All Canadian children are taught to fight bears.
